Privacy at Aiden AI

Who holds it

Aiden Labs Inc. is the data controller for Aiden AI. Your data is stored on servers in the United States. If you are writing to us from Canada or elsewhere, this is a cross-border transfer and we are telling you plainly so you can decide.

What happens to your session

• Voice sessions run through our voice provider, ElevenLabs. It converts your speech to text and Aiden’s replies to speech, and keeps the audio and transcript of the session under our account.
• Typed sessions are sent to our AI model provider, Anthropic, to generate Aiden’s replies. This site does not save them.
• Aiden does not remember you between sessions and does not build a profile of you. Each session starts fresh.
• We count visits and sessions with an anonymous id stored in a cookie for 30 days, along with the link you arrived from and how long the session ran. Never what you said.
• Your email address, only if you choose to leave it for early access. It is held by our email provider, Klaviyo, and used only to tell you about Aiden.

What Aiden never asks for

Aiden does not ask about diagnoses, medical conditions, or medications, and does not give medical advice or dosing prescriptions. If you volunteer health information anyway, please do not, and ask us to delete it.

We do not sell your data

Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.

Who we share with

Only the vendors that make the product run: our hosting and database providers (Vercel, Supabase), our email provider (Klaviyo), our voice provider (ElevenLabs), and the AI model provider that generates Aiden’s replies (Anthropic). Each processes data on our instructions and nothing more.

Deleting everything

Email privacy@withaiden.com and ask us to delete your data. We remove your email address and any voice session we can match to you. No retention argument, no dark pattern.

Age

Aiden AI is for adults 21 and over. We ask you to confirm before your first session and we do not knowingly keep data from anyone younger.
